Shriya Saran (Hindi: श्रिया/श्रेया सरन born September 11, 1982 also known by the mononym Shriya, is an Indian film actress, model and host. She is noted for working in mulitple of the regional industries of Indian cinema, appearing in several mainstream Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu films, as well as a few films in English, Malayalam and Kannada. After her feature film debut in 2001 with Ishtam, she received her first commercial success in 2002 by playing the role of Bhanu in the Telugu film Santhosham.
